We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Systems, Quality and Performance Officer to join in supporting the continuous improvement within Neighbourhood Environmental Services. As part of the Performance Improvement team, you have an active role in service delivery within Neighbourhood Environmental Services. Working directly with Waste and Cleansing Operational teams supporting the development of new and innovate solutions. A high degree of IT literacy is required as is the ability to embrace the use of new systems quickly. Experience in the use of GIS applications would be beneficial. This is an exciting time to be taking on this role. The service will go through significant changes over the coming months and years with services adapting to policy changes and deployment of technologies in vehicles to increase a data driven approach to service improvement. The successful candidate will also be required to promote and develop partnership working with services and teams in the promotion.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
