Job Description
We are looking for two enthusiastic, organised and professional HR practitioners to join our busy HR team supporting the Chief Executive's Department and Financial Services.
These exciting opportunities offer applicants the chance to work within the area of employee relations, with a primary focus on absence management. The successful applicants will support the delivery of a professional HR service and become a key member of the team. Experience of working in a HR role; providing advice and guidance on managing absence in the workforce and supporting Managers in delivering their attendance management responsibilities is essential.
As part of these roles you will be required to track and monitor sickness absence across the Services, using HR systems and recognising trends to help coach managers in best practice approaches to maximising attendance within their teams. Communication and the ability to provide expert, specialist advice is key to this role.
Interviews are expected to take place on Thursday 30th May 2024 and Friday 31st May 2024.
